I've spent the last 12 years working with tens of thousands of tween & teen girls in schools all across North America and partnered with huge brands to develop content for girls globally and all that has lead me here!
I understand the ups and downs of Girl World, the unique pressures & expectations girls deal with on a daily basis, and have developed actionable strategies to help you and your daughter bridge the gap and create a stronger relationship as you both navigate the tween & teen years together.

Module 1: Navigating Girl World
Workshop 1 is all about understanding the Girl World landscape. Were covering:
- An overview of Gen Z Girl World
- The unique pressures & expectations - online and off
- The big changes to expect and how to prepare
- Tips & strategies to handle the challenges together
Module 2: Confidence & Self Esteem
Multiple studies show that girls self-esteem plummets between the ages of 8 and 12, and up to 75% of girls with low self-esteem reported engaging in negative activities like cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, or disordered eating.
This module dives deep into exploring confidence and self-esteem throughout the tween and teen years, identifies risk factors and provides proven tips and strategies to maintain and develop a deeper sense of confidence and worth.

- What authentic confidence is vs isn't
- What often prevents us from feeling confident in tween + teen years
- Confidence boosting strategies, tips & hacks to help you confidently navigate the tween years together
Module 3: Girl World Drama & Friendships
- What to expect: how your friendships may change as you go through the tween years and strategies on how to deal
- How to make friends, stay connected and find your tween-tribe!
- Strategies and tools to manage conflict, deal with girl drama and maintain healthy friendships
Module 4: Communication & Connection
- What changes to expect in terms of your relationship through the tween and teen years
