We believe in creating a world in which young women are kinder to themselves and each other, feel confident to express themselves authentically and are empowered to fearlessly take the lead in their lives, schools & communities.
Founded by speaker, author, and Gen Z expert Kate Whitfield, we have dedicated the past decade to developing and piloting our nationally recognized Kindness-First Programs. These transformative one of a kind programs aim to empower young women and inspire them to confidently navigate girl world.
Our Kindness-First Programs and events have been featured in top media outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes, Vogue, and Refinery29. Kate has also advised the Canadian Prime Minister’s Office and has been named an Exemplary Canadian by Facebook for her work empowering young women.Â
Together with renowned partners like Madison Keys, Lindsey Vonn, Amy Purdy, HBO, Dove, Instagram, Nike, and more, we have delivered our Kindness-First Programs to individuals, companies, and school boards, hosting the world’s largest anti-bullying assembly and having a total media reach of 170 million people through our Kinder Girl World Day initiative.
We have now expanded our offerings to include online training and certification programs & done for you program kits in addition to our groundbreaking school programs, events, partnership & consulting.

I started FearlesslyGiRL when I was still in high school. Since then, it has been the only job I've ever had and I've had the INSANE privilege of getting to travel all across Canada and the US, host FearlesslyKiND Summits & workshops for over 150,000 girls, partner with some of the most amazing brands (Dove, Instagram, Evian & more!), host massive in person and virtual events...and most importantly - got to inspire & empower incredible young women to Create A Kinder Girl World.
After over a decade on the road working 1:1 with thousands of young women, I'm now also pouring my heart and soul into empowering  women to build thriving, fulfilling, impactful and profitable businesses launching & growing their girls empowerment businesses, organizations or programs.
