for educators Aug 13, 2024

Since its creation in 2013, the FearlesslyKiND Curriculum has been a transformative force in the lives of young girls, impacting over 150 schools across the country. This program has empowered thousands of girls to build self-esteem, foster leadership skills, and create a kinder world for themselves and their peers. Based on nearly a decade of success and invaluable feedback, we’ve completely revamped the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of today’s girls.

With the latest research and insights into girls' empowerment, the FearlesslyKiND Curriculum has been updated to address the current challenges faced by girls in grades 5-9. We’ve incorporated new content that reflects the latest understanding of mental health, social pressures, and leadership development, ensuring that the program remains relevant and impactful in a rapidly changing world. Our mission is to provide a program that not only educates but also empowers girls to be confident, kind, and resilient leaders in their communities.

4. Sponsorship from Local Businesses

  • Partner with Local Businesses: Approach local businesses and ask for their support in sponsoring the curriculum. In exchange, offer to recognize their contribution on your website, at events, and on social media. Many businesses are eager to support educational initiatives in their communities.
  • In-Kind Donations: Some businesses may also be willing to contribute in-kind donations, such as printing materials, event space, or supplies, which can help reduce the overall cost of implementing the program.

5. Community Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Other Organizations: Partner with other local non-profits, schools, or community centers to share the cost of the curriculum. By pooling resources, you can make the program more affordable and accessible to a larger group of girls.
  • Joint Fundraising Efforts: Work with these partners on joint fundraising initiatives, such as shared grant applications or co-hosted fundraising events.

6. School and PTA Involvement

  • Present to the PTA: If you’re working with a school, present the curriculum and its benefits to the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). They may be able to help raise funds or allocate budget resources to cover the cost.
  • School Budgeting: Discuss with school administrators the possibility of including the curriculum in the school’s budget for the next academic year, especially if it aligns with existing educational goals or wellness initiatives.
