Spring is traditionally a time for renewal and rejuvenation, making it the perfect season to 'spring clean' our mental spaces. In "Spring Clean Your Mind," we offer a workshop series tailored for teens, designed to explore various aspects of mental wellness. These workshops will use the lively and fresh theme of spring cleaning to guide teens through the process of decluttering negative thoughts and cultivating a mindset brimming with positivity and growth. Each workshop is crafted to be engaging, insightful, and, most importantly, transformative, offering teens practical tools and strategies to nurture their mental well-being.

Workshop 1: Decluttering the Mind

Just as we declutter our homes, our minds too need a thorough clearing out of negative thoughts and unhelpful patterns. This workshop will focus on identifying and challenging negative self-talk, understanding the impact of these thoughts, and learning techniques to replace them with more positive and constructive ones. Activities could include guided journaling sessions or group discussions that encourage openness and sharing.

Workshop 2: Planting Seeds of Positivity

Inspired by the act of planting new seeds in spring, this session will be about cultivating positive thoughts and attitudes. Workshop 5: Refreshing Relationships

Focusing on social wellness, this workshop will guide teens in evaluating and 'refreshing' their relationships. Activities may include discussions on identifying supportive relationships, understanding boundaries, and learning effective communication skills to foster healthy interactions with peers and family.
