FearlesslyKiND brings together high school students, younger girls, and professional women in a year-long journey of connection, growth, and transformation. How It Works
Peer Leaders Lead the Way
3-5 senior students complete our online certification to become trained peer mentors. Every week, they facilitate 45-60 minute sessions with circles of 8-12 younger girls, guiding conversations about confidence, kindness, resilience, and leadership.
Professional Women Show What's Possible
Once a month, a professional woman joins the circle (virtually or in-person) to share her story, answer questions, and connect the lessons to real life. These aren't lectures. They're conversations that show girls what their futures could look like.
A Complete Curriculum That Actually Works
30 weeks. 7 arcs. Topics that matter: building confidence, navigating friendships, handling tough emotions, finding your voice, and leading with kindness. Every session comes with everything peer leaders need, discussion prompts, activities, reflection questions, and facilitator support.
