Designed for coed or “open-to-all” groups, these sessions focus on allyship, inclusion, and shared leadership. Schools can run them parallel to or alongside the main Club.

The FearlesslyKiND™ Club isn’t just for members: it sparks a ripple effect that touches the entire school. That’s why every Club also receives resources to lead school-wide events that spread kindness, connection, and leadership across the community.

What’s Included in the School-Wide Events Toolkit:

Kinder Girl World Day Action Kit & Event Guide

• A full one-week kindness campaign that any school can run, leading up to Kinder Girl World Day (March 11th).

• Daily acts of kindness challenges, classroom activities, and school-wide announcements.

• Culminates in a celebration event planned and led by Club members, giving them real leadership experience while uniting the entire school around kindness.

Additional Event Guides (2–3 per year)

Each guide makes it easy to plan a fun, high-impact event that reinforces the Club’s mission:

1. World Kindness Week (November) – Random Acts of Kindness challenge, gratitude wall, and kindness grams.

2. Friendship & Inclusion Week (February) – Activities that promote allyship, break down cliques, and strengthen peer relationships.

3. Confidence Challenge (Spring) – A 5-day series of mini-activities that help students celebrate their strengths and encourage others.

Why It Works

• Builds visibility: Gives the Club a presence beyond its weekly meetings.

• Engages the whole school: Students who aren’t in the Club still benefit and may be inspired to join next semester.

• Creates traditions: Schools can look forward to repeating these signature events every year.

Any school staff member (teacher, counselor, administrator) or community youth leader can apply to bring the Club to their school. Students can also apply, but they’ll need a staff sponsor to run the program.

The program is designed for middle and high school students.

The Club is girls-centered and open-to-all. That means while the focus is on empowering girls, participation is open to any student who supports the mission — including boys, transgender, and nonbinary students. Schools can also choose to run a parallel Allies Track using our coed mini-curriculum.

Each session runs 45–60 minutes, once a week, for 10–16 weeks. The program is flexible — schools can run it as an after-school club, advisory period, or leadership elective.

Schools get everything they need: facilitator guides, mentor training, student journals, the Kind Pledge poster/cards, a full 16-session curriculum (including 4 Ally Track sessions), plus school-wide event kits like the KGWD Action Guide.

Thanks to sponsorship, the first 100 schools will receive the program for free. In future years, there may be a program fee, but Founding Schools will receive exclusive recognition and benefits.

High school students apply or are nominated to become mentors. They complete a short, engaging online training that covers leadership, facilitation, and inclusion. Upon completion, they earn a Certified Peer Mentor Badge to add to resumes and college applications.

Unlike one-off workshops, this is a peer-to-peer, ongoing mentorship club that combines SEL, leadership development, and kindness-based culture change. It’s flexible, research-based, easy to run, and backed by a movement with global visibility through Kinder Girl World Day.

Every school gets access to our Equity & Compliance Toolkit, a dedicated onboarding guide, and optional check-ins from our team to ensure an easy launch.

The program was designed with compliance in mind. It’s “girls-centered and open-to-all,” which aligns with federal Title IX regulations in the U.S. and human rights policies in Canada. Schools also receive an Equity & Compliance Toolkitthat includes:

• A one-page overview for administrators and boards

• A customizable nondiscrimination policy statement

• A parallel mini-curriculum for coed/ally groups

• Parent information templates

• A periodic review checklist

This makes it easy for risk-averse districts to approve the program quickly.

All mentor training videos, guides, and resources are hosted in a secure online portal. Each mentor receives their own login, ensuring safe, private access to program content and digital badges. Schools also get administrative access to track mentor completion.
